Kamui cutting that guy in half looked really badass. It is a really nice touch, that emphasizes both Gintoki's bonds with his old friends, and his bonds with the Yorozuya. I love the comparison of old friends and new friends for Gintoki. He has been running around fighting none stop on Sadaharu's head against very dangerous opponents. Shinpachi is such a brave guy, he deserves more credit than he deserves. The fight itself was nothing amazing, which it wasn't supposed to be, but the interractions more than made up for it.
Gintama season 1 ep 7 how to#
The gorilla definitely knows how to write dialogs. Gintoki and Takasugi's rivalry is my favorite rivalry in any anime I have seen so far. I laughed for a solid minute at that part. The comedy at the beginning about interpreting was amazing, especially because even Takasugi joined in. I think any scene that involves this 4 automatically becomes 100 times more awesome. Holy shit, this arc has really no brakes at all.
